Paperbox policies
Please read these before making a booking. They explain payment, cancellation credit, room capacity and self-service access.
A booking is held for 10 minutes during checkout and is confirmed only after payment succeeds. The booking holder is responsible for entering the correct date, time, player count and contact number. Ordinary flexible-hour bookings start from one player and one actual hour, with an RM45 minimum spend; room capacity and eligibility rules still apply.
Customer cancellation is available only more than 24 hours before the earliest booked session. A successful eligible cancellation returns 70% of the eligible paid Booking value as Paperbox Credit. Exactly 24 hours or less before the earliest session, customer cancellation is not permitted. Ordinary cancellations do not receive a bank, card or ToyyibPay refund. Credit remains linked to the same verified WhatsApp number and may be used in part or in full on a future booking. Any issued Booking PIN is queued for revocation. Authorised Paperbox administrators retain an audited emergency cancellation process.
Each standard booking applies to one selected room or area for the confirmed booking period. All applicable charges, cancellation rules, Paperbox Credit, and membership benefits remain subject to the terms displayed during booking. Small Room 1 and Small Room 2 are limited to 6 players each. Groups of 5 or more may choose the Lobby Area or Large Room 1, subject to capacity and live availability. Private Event reserves all active rooms for the selected session.
Please keep the room and games in good condition, return every game and component to its labelled place, keep noise reasonable, and leave the room clean. Do not share door codes or allow people outside your booking to enter. Report missing or damaged components to Paperbox as soon as possible.
For a fully paid confirmed booking, the temporary door-access window starts 30 minutes before the first booked session and ends 30 minutes after the final booked session. The additional time is for arrival and departure only; the room remains reserved only during the booked session. Do not share door codes or allow people outside your booking to enter. Paperbox may cancel access for misuse, unsafe behaviour or unpaid charges.
