Paperbox policies
A short explanation of the information needed to operate Paperbox bookings and membership.
We collect the name, WhatsApp number and optional email address needed to verify, confirm and manage a booking or member account. We also store booking date, session, room, player count, payment status and Paperbox Credit activity.
Information is used to verify the booking holder, process payment, send booking and cancellation updates, provide member history, issue access instructions and support customer service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Paperbox does not store card details.
WhatsApp is used for verification and operational messages. Supabase stores the booking system data and ToyyibPay processes online payment. Access is limited to the services and authorised Paperbox administrators needed to operate the venue.
You may contact Paperbox to ask about your stored details, correct your contact information or request help with your member account. Some booking records must be retained for payment, credit and operational records.
