Your authenticated dashboard shows the verified cycle dates, Flex Pass balance, group discount balance, payment history and benefit activity. No membership is shown as active before payment confirmation.

Booking conditions

Flex Pass waives only the RM45 minimum spend; bookings already costing RM45 or more never need a pass; room eligibility, capacity, availability, opening hours and payment still apply. Flex Pass and group discount cannot be combined. Member discounts apply to eligible group bookings and authorized revisions while the period is active. Unconfirmed payments do not grant benefits. Unpaid expired holds release reserved uses; a late payment requires independent verification before activation. Existing paid bookings keep their agreed price and access.

Questions before you join

Is a Flex Pass a free booking?

No. You pay RM5 per actual player per actual hour. One use waives the RM45 minimum spend for one eligible booking with actual charges below RM45.

Can I combine a Flex Pass and group discount?

No. Choose one benefit. Group discounts are 10%, capped at RM8, with four uses per cycle.

Can I renew before expiry?

The new paid 30-day cycle begins after your current paid cycle. Its two Flex Pass uses and four discounts become available only when that cycle starts.

Do unused benefits roll over?

No. Benefits belong to their own cycle. Membership must be valid when applying a benefit and at the booked session start.

What happens if I cancel?

More than 24 hours before the first session starts, the existing 70% Paperbox Credit policy applies. An eligible customer cancellation returns the Flex Pass to its original membership cycle; an expired cycle is not extended. Group Discount uses are not restored. Admin emergency cancellations do not automatically return Flex Passes. Unpaid expired holds release their reserved benefits. Approved booking revisions revalidate and transfer benefits atomically. Cancellation within 24 hours is unavailable.

Can I still book as a Guest?

Yes. Membership is optional. Existing Guest checkout remains available while the new program is being prepared.

What if membership payment is pending?

A browser return does not activate membership. Wait for server verification and contact support before paying again.

Are renewals automatic?

No. Renewal is manual; there is no recurring charge.
