01 · How to book
Five simple steps

Choose a room
Book from one player. Pick a room that fits your complete group; smaller groups use a Small Room.

Choose your time
Choose at least one actual whole hour. Ordinary bookings have an RM45 minimum spend.

Verify and pay
Confirm the booking through WhatsApp and complete payment online. The room is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Open your booking
Your confirmed booking page keeps the visit details, game tutorials and access information together. Door access is valid from 30 minutes before the first booked session until 30 minutes after the final booked session.
Room selection: groups of 1–4 choose a Small Room; its maximum capacity is six. Larger groups may choose another suitable room. Private Event reserves the entire venue for the selected session.
Door access timing: access starts 30 minutes before your first booked session and ends 30 minutes after your final booked session. This extra time is for arrival and departure only; your room is reserved only during the session you booked.
Changing time: more than 24 hours before the start, eligible bookings may shift or shorten under their original pricing terms. Eligible price reductions return 70% of the difference as Paperbox Credit. Extensions require free time and verified additional payment where due.
Food and clean-up: regular food and drinks are welcome. Soups, broths, hotpots, spill-prone meals, durian and luosifen are not allowed. Take all rubbish and food waste away, return games carefully and submit the requested end-of-session photographs. Ordinary Boki Membership does not provide a food exemption. Need help?
